Session Environment Requirements
To ensure the best possible outcome from your therapy session, it is important that you are in a private room with both your camera and microphone turned on. Additionally, there should be no other individuals present in the room during the session so you can talk freely. -
Preparation for Sessions
We recommend that you log into the online meeting room at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session time to ensure you are ready to begin promptly. -
Refund Policy
Once a session is booked, the payment is considered final. We appreciate your understanding and commitment. -
No-Show Policy
If a client is unable to attend a scheduled session and does not provide prior notice, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or rescheduling for that session.
